Corn Souffle–sounds all fancy but very easy and tasty

So this holiday side dish is always a winner at potlucks and super fast to put together. It has now gotten so that people request this from my husband when the holiday potlucks start happening. That is how I got the recipe someone made it for a potluck and I loved it.

preheat oven to 375
> > 1 can cream corn
> > 1 can regular corn
> > 1 box jiffy cornmuffin mix
> > 2 eggs
> > 1 1/2 sticks butter (melted)
> > 2 Tblspn sugar
> > 1 8 oz sour cream

Mix the eggs, melt butter in microwave and add to eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour in 9 x 13 in dish and bake for approx 45 min to 1 hour (check center with toothpick) depending on how much is made (I usually double the recipe).

Enjoy!! Got any recipes you want to share? please do…I am always looking for recipes.
