E-mealz.com

A friend emailed this to me and I asked if I could blog it, so here is the info on this, let us know if you have used and how it has worked for you.

The email:

A friend recently told me about e-mealz.com. For about $5 a month this service emails you a meal plan each week (all printed on one convenient and easy to follow page!) as well as the grocery list needed for the week. What sold me is that you can have lists made up according to the sales at the grocery store you shop at.

I am subscribed to the 7 family meals at Publix if you are interested in seeing it. They also have low carb lists, lists for Weight Watchers points, etc.

If you use the coupon code DAVE you can save an extra few bucks.

I’m usually skeptical of such online services, but this one is really well done! ENJOY! 
